How do I become a VIP?*
Purchase any of the following items below to be upgraded to a Smart VIP Member.

To upgraded to a Diamond VIP, you will need to spend $1200+ within the calendar year.
What is IOPE Club?*
Aritaum’s special membership program for members who purchase either $200+ of IOPE products or qualifying products*
*Qualifying products are subject to change every quarter. To find out the applicable qualifying products, please visit a participating ARITAUM store and speak to your ARITAUM store representative.
How do I earn points?*
Shopping! Earn 1, 1.2x, or 1.5x points for every dollar spent, depending on your membership tier*
*Points are awarded at a rate based on your Tier. Aritaum members earn 1 point for every dollar spent (e.g., spend $100 and earn 100 points). Smart VIP members earn 1.2x points for every dollar spent (e.g., spend $100 and earn 120 points). Diamond VIP members earn 1.5x the total purchase amount (e.g. spend $100 and earn 150 points). Points will not be awarded for taxes, discounts, or refunds applied to purchases.
How do I redeem points?*
When your points reach 300, they will be automatically redeemed for a $10 off, deducting $300 points from your point balance.
Do my points ever expire?*
Yes, points will automatically expire if no purchases are made on your account for a 12-month period following the last purchase date.
Does my tier ever expire?*
- -“Smart VIP” and “IOPE CLUB” status is valid until December 31 of the same calendar year following the date of upgrade. After that, annual requalification is required to maintain “Smart VIP” status.
- -“Diamond VIP” status remains in effect until the end of the following calendar year
What happens if my order is returned or cancelled?*
Any points associated with a cancelled or returned order will be deducted from your account balance.
